Let’s Talk About Planks — a Video!

Even if you have strong abs, regular old planks can get pretty boring. Here’s a video demonstration of some variations you can do to break it up a bit.

The rundown if you can’t watch it right now:

Hip dips
Saw
Up and down
Knee to elbow
Side plank with crunch

Get a plank session in before bed if you’re still up, or throw it into your morning routine. Shoot for two minutes if you can!
