I enjoy a varied workout plan, but I truly love Pilates. I’ve been practicing for five years and in 2014 became a Mat Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body. Prior to my training, I also completed a one-day Pilates workshop through AFAA.
I’m a huge fan of the YMCA due to the variety of exercise classes they offer, the quality of their fitness equipment and the low-cost child care they offer so that parents can workout. That’s where most of my workouts take place and it’s also where I currently teach Pilates.

Tracey Mallet, who I had the privilege of meeting and taking a class with, was my go-to for pre- and post-natal fitness (although she is much more than just that).
