Love Food

I love food–the more fresh and less processed, the better. I believe in healthy, well-rounded eating for life, not dieting and depriving for weight loss. I’ve also started to dabble in gardening even though I know nothing about it and typically have a brown thumb, but our veggies are growing, so it’s progress!
