Greetings from Seattle! As you may have noticed on my my Instagram feed, I’m on vacation right now. A city vacation means one thing: lots and lots of walking.
Funny how I brought a few pairs of workout clothes and running sneakers thinking I might get some formal exercise in, but after full days of walking, my feet and legs can’t handle anymore.
I’m beyond bummed that I forgot my Lumo Lift (referral link–thanks!) at home because I would love to know how many steps I’m taking each day.
Here’s the rundown of workouts this week:
Monday: Cardio + Strength/Flexibility – Teach Tabata 4 rounds and Pilates and 2-mile stroller push walk
Tuesday: Strength/Flexibility – Pilates (taking a class, not teaching!)
Wednesday: Strength/Flexibility – Teach Pilates
Thursday: Active Day – Walk all around Seattle
Friday: Active Day – Walk around more of Seattle
OFF Active Day – When I originally posted this, I completely forgot to include all the dancing that happened at the wedding we attended. Definitely not an off day!
Sunday: Active Day – Hike in the beautiful green forest that is the Pacific Northwest
Since I’m still on vacation, this post will be short and sweet, but I’ll be back in a few days with pictures!
